Career Readiness

At New Holland we are focusing on the 7 core values: leadership, teamwork, good communication, being ready, respectful, responsible, and a role model.

Each month, our school highlights one core value with every classroom and on the daily morning announcements. Students also attend Leadership Class. During this class time, they are able to dig deep into the meaning of each core value; what it looks like, how it is displayed, and positive words  that support that specific core value.
