Meet Our Administrators
Principal Andreka Pierce-Blackwell

Welcome to New Holland Leadership Academy!
I am honored to serve as the principal of NHLA and to be part of a school community that believes every child can succeed. My passion is creating an environment where students are challenged to grow academically, encouraged to become leaders, and supported by adults who care about their success.
I believe the foundation of a great school is strong relationships. When students know they are valued, families feel connected, and staff work together with a shared purpose, incredible things happen. Our work at New Holland is grounded in our district's motto: Relate, Empower, and Discover. We believe meaningful relationships create the foundation for learning, empowering students builds confidence, and discovering each child's unique gifts prepares them for a successful future.
That work is anchored by our seven core values: Ready, Respectful, Responsible, Role Model, Leadership, Good Communication, and Teamwork. These values define how our community treats one another and how we lead, with heart, purpose, and pride. At NHLA, we are preparing students for more than the next grade level. We are helping them develop the confidence, character, and leadership skills they will carry throughout their lives.
It is a privilege to partner with our families and community as we work together to ensure every student reaches their full potential. I invite you to learn more about our school and all that makes New Holland Leadership Academy a place where students can learn, lead, and thrive.
I look forward to welcoming you to NHLA!

Assistant Principal Amanda Teasley

I am honored to be entering my 20th year at New Holland Leadership Academy; the school where my career began and where my heart has remained. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of serving in multiple roles—starting as a paraprofessional, then becoming a classroom teacher, and most recently serving as the instructional coach. Each role has helped shape me into the educator I am today.
This year, I’m excited and honored to step into a new chapter as the assistant principal of the school I’ve grown to love. New Holland is truly a special place, rich in culture and diversity, and I am committed to supporting our students, staff, and families with care and dedication.
I believe every day brings a new opportunity to learn, whether you’re a student or an adult, and I look forward to continuing to grow and learn alongside our amazing team.
