Meet Our Administrators
Principal Andreka Blackwell

I feel privileged to be serving as the principal of New Holland Leadership Academy for my second year. As an educator, I am passionate about inspiring and nurturing the young minds that walk through our school's doors.
Outside of my professional life, I cherish my role as a devoted spouse and a proud parent to two wonderful children. My family's love and support fuel my dedication to making a difference in the lives of our students and community.
At New Holland Leadership Academy, we wholeheartedly embrace our district's goal of "Inspire, Nurture, Challenge, and Prepare." I firmly believe in the power of leadership, and our school's brand reflects this conviction. We strive to create an environment where students are encouraged to lead, take ownership of their learning, and make a positive impact on others.
Our school's core values of Ready, Respectful, Responsible, Role Model, Leadership, Good Communication, and Teamwork serve as guiding principles for all members of our school community. These values create a strong foundation for a supportive and inclusive school culture, where every student feels valued and empowered.
My vision for New Holland Leadership Academy is to see our students flourish as leaders, equipped with the knowledge and skills to succeed in any endeavor they pursue. Alongside our dedicated team, I am committed to providing innovative and personalized education that prepares our students for future success.
I am honored to be part of this transformative journey and remain dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of our students, staff, and community. Together, we will continue to inspire, nurture, and empower the leaders of tomorrow.

Assistant Principal Amanda Teasley
I am honored to be entering my 20th year at New Holland Leadership Academy; the school where my career began and where my heart has remained. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of serving in multiple roles—starting as a paraprofessional, then becoming a classroom teacher, and most recently serving as the instructional coach. Each role has helped shape me into the educator I am today.
This year, I’m excited and honored to step into a new chapter as the assistant principal of the school I’ve grown to love. New Holland is truly a special place, rich in culture and diversity, and I am committed to supporting our students, staff, and families with care and dedication.
I believe every day brings a new opportunity to learn, whether you’re a student or an adult, and I look forward to continuing to grow and learn alongside our amazing team.
